01What we collect

Contact details you give us — your name, company, email, phone number and anything you write in a message — when you fill a form on this site or email us.

Operational data you choose to share during a pilot: order details, schedules, drawings, and messages from channels you connect (such as email, WhatsApp exports, spreadsheets or your ERP). You decide what to connect; we never reach into a channel you haven't authorised.

Basic website usage data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used.

02How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, run your walkthrough, and operate the Service during a pilot — turning the operational data you share into summaries and plan updates for your team.

To improve Wisemove: understanding where suggestions were accepted or rejected helps us make the Service sharper for you.

03What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share one customer's operational data with another customer. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.

04Sharing

We use a small number of service providers to run our infrastructure — hosting, email and similar — who process data on our instructions under their own confidentiality obligations. Beyond that, we share data only if the law requires it.

05Storage and security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, encrypted in transit, with access limited to team members who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your factory's data with the same care you would expect for your own drawings and order books.

06Retention

We keep contact information for as long as we have an active conversation or relationship with you. Operational data from a pilot is retained for the duration of the pilot and returned or deleted on request when it ends, subject to legal requirements.

07Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to hello@wisemove.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. We honour applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

08Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to function and to measure basic usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and note the new date at the top. Material changes affecting pilot customers are communicated directly.
