01Who we are

Wisemove (“we”, “us”) builds a production planning and control system for custom manufacturers, available through wisemove.ai and related services (together, the “Service”).

02Accepting these terms

By using the website or the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

03The pilot program

Wisemove is currently offered through a pilot program. Pilot access, scope, duration and pricing are agreed individually with each pilot customer, and those written agreements take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

The Service is under active development. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn during the pilot, and we will communicate material changes to pilot customers directly.

04Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping access credentials confidential, and for ensuring that people you authorise to use the Service follow these terms.

05Your data stays yours

Operational data you share with the Service — orders, schedules, drawings, messages and similar material — remains your property. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Human decisions, not automated ones

The Service prepares summaries and suggestions; production decisions are approved by your team. You remain responsible for decisions taken on your shop floor, including those made after reviewing a Wisemove suggestion.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, resell access without our written consent, or use it to store or transmit unlawful material.

08Fees

Pilot pricing is agreed per partner and recorded in the pilot agreement or order form, along with payment terms. Applicable taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.

09Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software and branding belong to Wisemove. These terms grant you a right to use the Service — not a licence to copy or build upon its software or design.

10Confidentiality

Each side may learn non-public information about the other during a pilot. Both sides agree to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement and to protect it with reasonable care.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

During the pilot, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12Termination

Either side may end a pilot as set out in the pilot agreement. On termination we will, on request, return or delete the operational data you shared with us, subject to legal retention requirements.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered office in India.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post updates on this page and, for material changes, notify pilot customers directly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
